The washing method of customized clothes is different from the washing requirements of ordinary clothes. Most of the customized group clothes and customized work clothes will be printed with the advertising LOGO of the company or team. Do not rub or stretch vigorously during the first wash to avoid printing. Pattern deformation and fading. Customized group clothes cannot be left unwashed for a long time. Too dirty clothes will not only affect the appearance, but also reduce the color fastness of the printed pattern, and the color will easily fade during washing.
The washing methods for customized clothing made of different fabrics are also different. I will give you a detailed introduction below.
Clothes made of pure cotton are not resistant to acid and high temperatures, so soap or detergent can be used. Before washing, soak in water for a few minutes. Do not leave it for too long to avoid damaging the color of the clothes. White custom T-shirts cannot be soaked in water that is too hot to avoid yellow sweat spots. Try to avoid exposing pure cotton clothes to the sun, as this will cause white clothes to turn yellow and colored clothes to fade.
Modal fabrics are relatively light and thin, so its biggest disadvantage is that it is extremely easy to deform, so you should pay special attention when cleaning Modal fabric clothes. When washing, soak as you go. The soaking time should not exceed 15 minutes. Use neutral detergent or low-alkali detergent. The temperature of the washing liquid should not exceed 35 degrees. Don’t twist it hard when cleaning. It’s best to lay it flat to dry. Don’t use hangers to support it to avoid deformation.
Polyester fabric has good anti-wrinkle effect and does not deform. When washing, first soak in cold water for 15 minutes, then wash with general synthetic detergent. The temperature of the washing liquid should not exceed 45°C. Dirty parts such as collars and cuffs can be scrubbed with a brush. After washing and rinsing, you can twist it gently and place it in a cool and ventilated place to dry. Do not expose it to the sun or dry it to avoid wrinkles due to heat.
Silk fabrics are relatively high-end. Soak the clothes in water for about 10 minutes before washing. The soaking time should not be too long. Avoid washing with alkaline water. You can use neutral soap, washing powder or neutral detergent. The bath solution should be lukewarm or room temperature. After washing, gently squeeze out the water and avoid twisting. It should be dried in a cool and ventilated place. It should not be exposed to strong light, and it should not be dried in the oven.
