At the same time, in order to ensure dyeing, there is no need to add two surfactants as retarder or leveling agent in the same bath. Strictly speaking, use one surfactant and then use an inorganic salt Na2SO4. , the leveling effect is much better. The dosage of the former is 0.5-1% (o.w.f); the dosage of the latter is 5-10g/L.
Secondly, it is not advisable to use segmented heating and temperature-maintaining dyeing methods. Generally, it is advisable to add materials at room temperature. After the initial dyeing, the temperature is raised to 100℃ at a speed of 1.5℃/min, and the heat preservation dyeing method is 40-60min (from light to dark color). During this stage, the temperature should be relatively stable and avoid sudden highs and lows to avoid ring dyeing and making it difficult to absorb the cationic dyes in the dye bath.
After the dyeing is completed, the temperature should be cooled to 65-70°C at a rate of 1°C/min, and then the dye solution should be drained while injecting cold water until it cools down. Completely remove the residual liquid in the tank and replace it with fresh water for washing. Clean surface floating color and additive residue. This will not cause the fiber or yarn to deform, and it will feel soft and fluffy.
