4. Types of cause-and-effect diagrams
(1) Problem analysis type
The main point of the diagram is to reflect all aspects of the main causes of the problem. This method breaks down the various causes of factory quality problems and can systematically grasp the relationship between them. But due to many reasons, it all boils down to the form of problem decomposition. So—this little reason is easy to miss.

(二)Process classification type
For this kind of graphics, you can draw the process flow first, and then record the causes of defects according to each process. Because quality problems occur during the weaving process , so the causes of quality problems can be discussed according to the process flow and can be dealt with in different categories.
The drawing is simple and easy to understand. The disadvantage is that the same reasons sometimes appear repeatedly, and it is easy to express them when several factors affect the quality at the same time.
