Inorganic anti-UV shielding agents are safe and long-lasting and mainly include zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, talc powder, magnesium oxide, etc. Among them, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide have the best effect. When UV shielding agents such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide reach nanometer size, they have excellent light absorption characteristics, can absorb a large amount of UV rays, and have excellent UV shielding effects. The smaller the particles, the better the UV resistance and the smaller the impact on the fabric’s feel.

Nano-anti-UV finishing agent is a composite compound of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-zinc oxide. It looks like a milky white slurry and combines the comprehensive anti-UV properties of TiO2 and ZnO. It has the following advantages:

1. It can effectively block and absorb UVA (wavelength 320-400nm) and UVB (280-320nm), with a UV shielding rate of more than 99%;

Usage effect: Using anti-UV finishing agent, the anti-UV index UPF of the fabric can reach 45-50, and the protective effect is very good.

Applicable fabric range: all kinds of natural cotton, linen, silk, wool and various synthetic fibers, such as polyester, polypropylene, nylon and other antibacterial finishing of textiles.

How to use:

One is to attach or absorb ultraviolet absorbers to fibers or fabrics during the finishing process of fabrics. Soaking method can be used.

The second is to coat the fabric with UV shielding agent and adhesive resin.
