The proportion of comprehensive protective clothing in the samples inspected has increased year by year, from 0.7% in 2010 to 2.3% in 2013. This is enough to show that while consumers are demanding clothing comfort, they are also paying more attention to clothing safety.
Especially for decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, heavy metals, acrylic fibers, asbestos fibers, prohibited and restricted flame retardants, dyes, etc., the testing department has strict regulations. There have been relevant discussions at home and abroad on the inspection and testing of toxic and harmful substance standards for functional occupational protective fabrics.
Analysis of the current situation of protective clothing product quality: The quality of domestic protective clothing itself can basically meet the protective performance requirements; consumers are paying more and more attention to the comfort of protective clothing and fabrics; some clothing still contains toxic and harmful substance residues and exceeds standards, etc. .
In this regard, we believe that improving the level of weaving technology and using non-toxic or low-toxic substances to replace existing high-risk chemicals is an important means to improve product comfort and enhance product competitiveness in the international market.
