6. Increase the liquor ratio to 1:15-1:20.

The first step is to see if your fabric is pre-shaped. Elastic fabrics with spandex like yours should be pre-shaped.

The second step is to check whether your operation is reasonable and whether the dye vat is not running smoothly.

The third step is to see if your heating and cooling rate is too fast. This is something you need to pay attention to in future production. If it is not too serious, it can be solved by stretching and setting the finished product once. If it is more serious, it is recommended to wash it in the tank at 95 degrees for 10 minutes, and then slowly cool it to about 50 degrees and drain it out. cylinder can basically solve this problem.
