Fabric technical calculations
In order for the fabric to meet the usage requirements and have a certain unique style, all kinds of fabrics need to meet the specified technical conditions. Before formulating process technology and process specifications, you should first analyze and understand the contents of the mission statement in detail. Items such as spinning yarn linear density, natural cotton density, effective width and piece length are generally clearly stipulated, and these items are the main basis and requirements for design. The density in the specifications of colored fabrics generally refers to the density of natural cotton cloth, while the effective width in the specifications of dyed fabrics generally refers to the effective width of the finished product. For some fabrics with a flat reed (the number of warp threads per reed is equal), the warp density is the same everywhere, so the number of warp threads in the unit length of the product is the warp density. For some fabrics with floral reeds (reeds with uneven warp density), the density of the warp yarns is different in different places. The warp density on the production task sheet should be the average density within one pattern of the fabric. The number of warp threads in one pattern of the fabric and the width of the natural cotton fabric in one pattern should be measured, and then the average density is calculated. The warp and weft density are the main specifications of the fabric, which play a decisive role in the intrinsic and appearance quality of the fabric. When designing the process, pay great attention to whether the warp and weft density required in the task book is the density of the finished product or the density of the natural cotton cloth. Computer calculation is an important task to ensure that the product meets the expected specifications. After determining the fabric variety, raw materials used, yarn structure and fabric weave, it is necessary to further determine the effective width, piece length, warp and weft shrinkage of the fabric , total warp number, box number, foil width, fabric weight and yarn usage and other items. For colored fabrics, it is also necessary to calculate the pattern, the number of warp yarns for each pattern, the color cycle of warp (weft) yarns, split patterns, etc. Among the above items, some are interrelated, so they must be comprehensively considered based on the actual situation of the product and determined after repeated calculations. There are also differences among designers in the calculation steps. Therefore, computer calculation is a relatively complex task, which directly affects the quality of the product. At the same time, it is helpful for reducing product costs, accelerating capital turnover, reducing sluggish yarn, supplying raw materials for products with high quality and quantity, and stabilizing production order. It has a great effect.
