Calculation of draft ratio allocation
Whether the draft multiple of each machine in the spinning project is appropriate not only affects product quality and spinning cost, but also directly affects the rated output of each machine and the number of equipment machines. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the total draft ratio and distribute it reasonably. To calculate the total draft ratio of spinning, you must understand the following conditions: fine spinning yarn density; cotton lap linear density; the number of feed and combined ends of each machine; the noil rate of the carding machine and combing machine. Taking the coarse spinning system as an example, the specific steps for calculating and allocating the draft ratio are as follows.
