Temple brace device

Since water-jet looms are mainly used to weave various hydrophobic fiber fabrics, chemical fiber fabrics have obvious wear on the reed, and are generally equipped with reed protection devices. Therefore, their temple devices are significantly different from other types of looms. The form of fabric support can be divided into two types: upper fabric conveying and lower fabric conveying according to the fabric walking path. There are also forms that can be equipped with full effective width fabric bracing according to fabric requirements.
1. Top-running cloth temple
There are three types of thorn rings: double row and double row, double row and single row, and double roller. Users can choose according to the needs of fabric weaving.
Shown in Figure 3-32 is the upper walking fabric temple.
2. Bottom running fabric temple
The thorn ring is generally double row and double row at 14°10′, and the needle inclination angle is selected according to the user’s weaving requirements.
3. Full effective width temple
Adopts a rod-shaped fabric supporting rod, as shown in Figure 3-32. Its characteristic is that it can improve the stability of the cloth opening and reduce the wandering of the cloth opening. The diameter, surface texture and material can be changed according to the fabric type, and it is suitable for weaving large quantities of fabrics with a determined effective width.
