Preservation contents and precautions
(1) Main transmission part: After long-term use of the loom, the crankshaft bearing seat oil seal of the driving part needs to be replaced. (2) Opening part: It is necessary to replace the cam opening arm bearing, wire rope, return heald spring and return heald arm bearing. (3) Replacement of synchronous toothed belt and cleaning of oil filter. (4) Clean the reed regularly. (5) Replace the internal parts of the length measuring and weft storage drum, replace the internal parts of the yarn stop pin, and clean the encoder. (6) Main nozzle cleaning, filter cleaning, solenoid valve and pressure regulating valve cleaning and repair, air pipe inspection and configuration. (7) Maintenance and replacement of servo motors, maintenance of buffers and replacement of internal parts. (8) Check and replace the coiling brake roller, chain, tensioning wheel, adjusting pin, and maintain and replace the friction plate and disc. Inspection and replacement of matte rubber. (9) Check and replace the edge planetary gear, bobbin bearing, yarn guide arm shaft, and coupling. (10) Check and replace the weft detection cable.
