The ink printing process also requires the production of printing plates, but compared to water slurry printing, ink printing has poorer air permeability and is easy to fall off on chemical fiber materials.
Digital direct-injection printing
Digital direct-injection printing is currently the best printing process for producing printed T-shirts. Compared with water slurry printing that requires the production of screen plates and the thermal transfer process that requires thermal transfer paper, digital direct-injection printing designs patterns through a computer, then issues the production quality and prints directly using a printing machine. It saves a lot of processes and is cheap and convenient.
