Delong’s production process
DeRong®X is a polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN fiber). It is produced by dry spinning. The production process is divided into 4 steps:

Polymerization
Acrylonitrile (ACN) is polymerized with other monomers (such as dye additive monomers) to form polyacrylonitrile (PAN).

Dissolve
After washing and drying , white PAN powder is dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) by stirring and heating, and then filtered.

Spinning
The solution is drawn from the nozzle extruded to form primary fibers. The solvent (DMF*) is separated from the solution by hot gases during spinning (dry spinning).�, which can be reused after distillation recovery.

Post-processing
during post-processing In the process, the virgin fiber obtains its characteristic properties, such as strength, elongation, fineness, bulk and feel, etc., through processes such as washing, stretching, crimping, drying, and oiling.
