ZAi air jet loom
The ZA209i air-jet loom is an ultra-high-speed air-jet loom with the international advanced level in the 1990s jointly produced by Xianyang Loom Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Tsudakoma Industry Co., Ltd. It has the following improvements compared with the ZA205i air-jet loom: 1. The motor adopts 3.0kW external type. 2. The opening adopts ZCM-Ⅲ type cam box to increase the strength of the opening mechanism parts and improve the adaptability of the opening system to high speed. 3. The beat-up rocking shaft is equipped with a middle support to increase the stiffness of the beat-up system and make the beat-up leisure more stable. 4. The strength of the frame is improved, and the brake torque is increased to 588N?m, which lays a good foundation for achieving high speed. Application: Weaving varieties are extremely wide, and can weave fabrics made of cotton, chemical fiber, filament, wool, etc. as raw materials, from gauze to short fiber fabrics such as anti-down cloth, denim, etc. The fabric weave can be plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and small jacquard. The loom speed is 600~900r/min. Reed width 150cm, 190cm, 210cm, 230cm, 250cm, 280cm, 330cm. Weft density 635~885.8 threads/10cm (25~225 threads/inch). Weft selection: You can choose any weft from single color, two colors, four colors or six colors. The weft insertion rate is 1200~1600m/min. Shedding can be configured with plain shedding 4-page heddle, cam shedding 8-page heddle, and dobby shedding 16-page heddle. The diameter of the weaving beam side plate is 800mm. The diameter of the large roll cloth is 600mm. Weft insertion method: main and auxiliary nozzles and special-shaped reed are combined, electronic weft insertion. Beat-up: Bilateral four-link beat-up mechanism. Warp let-off Continuous semi-active and semi-passive electronic let-off (ELO). Coiling Continuous indirect coiling unit (MTU).
