The weft insertion mechanism adopts main nozzle + auxiliary nozzle + special-shaped reed. The beat-up mechanism adopts an optimized design of four-link beat-up mechanism, which has short beat-up stroke, small vibration, strong and stable beat-up, and weaves high-quality fabrics. The warp let-off mechanism is an automatic continuous positive electronic let-off, which detects the total tension of the warp yarns through a tension sensor and is equipped with a warp easing device to maintain a balanced tension during the work process and remove the loose and dense gears during the operation. The coiling mechanism can be mechanical or electronic. For mechanical winding, various weft densities can be obtained by simply changing the gear combination, and the cloth can be dropped while the machine is running, and the winding tension can be automatically adjusted; the electronic winding uses an AC servo motor, and the beating density can be set on the keyboard. Directly set six different weft densities. Weft selection mechanism can select double weft or four weft at will, and adopts a new type of electronically controlled fixed weft feeder, which can adapt to a variety of weft types. The control system adopts a programmable computer controller to control the starting brake, the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, and is equipped with a human-machine interface and keyboard, which can display the loom status, fault causes, weaving process parameters, and loom setting conditions, etc. kind of information.
