SPR air-jet loom
The SPR700 air-jet loom is a new type of air-jet loom developed by Wuxi Sprint Air-jet Loom Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It can weave short fiber and filament fabrics with a variety of weft densities. Suitable weaving varieties: Can weave short fiber yarns and filament fabrics of cotton, wool, linen, silk, and chemical fibers. The weft colors include single color, mixed weft, two colors, and four colors. Opening mechanism Cam opening and dobby opening. The weft insertion mechanism adopts the main nozzle, auxiliary nozzle, special-shaped reed and solenoid valve mode. The beat-up mechanism adopts a four-link short-hand double-sided beat-up mechanism, which has the function of finding broken wefts. The let-off mechanism adopts a servo-controlled let-off device. The winding mechanism adopts mechanical winding or electronic winding (the weft density parameters can be directly set on the operation panel to realize the change of weft density). The stopping device adopts six rows of contact electronic stopping devices. The weft yarn detection device adopts double weft finders to detect the weft yarn. The twisted selvedge device can adopt a 4-strand selvage selvedge mechanism or optional independent station planetary selvage selvedge mechanism and fold-in selvage device. The electronic control system adopts PCC as the control center to control various parts such as weft insertion, weft selection, weft storage and warp let-off. It is easy to set up and has intuitive display. A touch screen display system can also be used.
