Fault analysis and troubleshooting during weaving

During the operation of the loom, some faults will inevitably occur, which will affect the quality of the fabric. Common fault phenomena and troubleshooting methods are as follows: 1. Yarn end fault phenomena (Table 2-4):
(1) The weft ends arrive late. (2) Insufficient conveying force. (3) The yarn on the transmission side is loose. (4) Poor opening. Wrap the weft yarn end on the right side of the fabric. The situation of the weft yarn end winding on the right side of the fabric is shown in Figure 2-47.
2. Weft bending phenomenon (Table 2-5):
(1) Insufficient conveying force. (2) The end of the weft yarn arrives late. (3) All openings are defective. The weft yarn is bent into a U shape, and its condition is shown in Figure 2-48.
3. Weft kink (Table 2-6)
The phenomenon is shown in Figure 2-49. (1) Due to the strong twist of the weft yarn or the reverse twist in the weft storage part, the weft yarn Z is twisted and bent. (2) This situation often occurs when the weft yarn is strongly twisted.
